The three major areas are Langtang, Gosaikunda, and Helambu, which can be combined in many different ways to make treks from seven to 16 days long. To return back from there the airtrip is about an hour beyond Kyanjin Gompa, has no scheduled service. And if you want to return from bus the starting place for Langtang is Dunche.
